Lenda do Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Dave Mason apresenta seu 21º álbum, A Shade Of Blues (2025), um marco de blues, R&B e rock, lapidado por mais de uma década. Faixas como “Use It, Or Lose It”, com os riffs explosivos de Joe Bonamassa, e “It’s Just You and Me”, com os vocais emocionantes de Michael McDonald, capturam a essência da colaboração estelar. A participação de Mike Finnigan, Warren Hill e outros adiciona camadas ricas. “Dust My Blues” nasceu de um take espontâneo, gravado sem que os músicos soubessem. O álbum, gravado no estúdio caseiro de Mason no Havaí, pavimenta sua aguardada turnê “Let It Flow” de 2025, celebrando cinco décadas de shows esgotados.
