Sinopse:  Rasa é uma jovem imigrante bósnia que trabalha numa fábrica na Suécia onde empacota legumes. Quando a administração decide despedir pessoas para diminuir custos, Rasa é uma das dispensadas. O seu mundo, a partir desse momento, nunca mais será o mesmo. Ela não é uma menina frágil, é mais rude do que encantadora, mas é uma filha dedicada, sociável e estimada pelos colegas. Perder o emprego vai obrigá-la a escolher entre estagnar, contentar-se com a pouca ou nenhuma oferta de trabalho ou abdicar dos amigos e abandonar o pai para recomeçar do início noutro lugar qualquer.
