Lançado em 1969, Catherine's Horse é o único álbum da banda homônima de Connecticut, um tesouro raro do blues rock com atitude garageira. Gravado por cinco estudantes do ensino médio durante as férias de primavera em Nova York, o disco traz covers intensos como "Good Morning, Little Schoolgirl" e a original "Sun Goin' Down", evocando o espírito de bandas como Paul Butterfield Blues Band. Sem pretensões comerciais, é puro sentimento adolescente em forma de música. O LP saiu sem capa, apenas com uma luva interna, o que o torna um item cult entre colecionadores, valendo até US$ 2.500 hoje. Uma relíquia crua e autêntica!
