The Other Side: Rarities, Demos & Live, compilação exclusiva com a revista Uncut de junho de 2025, é um banquete de rock bluesy e experimental, misturando demos cruas, takes alternativos e shows incendiários de Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger e John Densmore – com pitada de soul e jazz em faixas como "Touch Me (Without Horns & Strings)", que revela a essência furiosa sem os arranjos orquestrais.

A demo etérea de "Hello, I Love You", o mix rough de "Five To One" que ecoa os Stooges, e o vivo explosivo de "Break On Through" no Isle of Wight de 1970, último show deles fora dos EUA, com aplausos que ecoam a revolução. Em "Riders On The Storm (Alternate Version)", Morrison inicia com um cover brincalhão de tema de TV sobre Albuquerque, capturando o caos criativo do estúdio. Hits como "Touch Me" e a faixa-título destacam a versatilidade de Jim Morrison e cia. ​O álbum foi o primeiro a creditar as músicas individualmente aos membros da banda, refletindo tensões criativas internas.

Lançado em 1972, Full Circle é o segundo álbum dos Doors após a morte de Jim Morrison, com Ray Manzarek e Robby Krieger assumindo os vocais. O disco mistura rock psicodélico com funk e jazz, como em 'Get Up and Dance', mas não alcançou o brilho dos trabalhos anteriores. Foi o último álbum da banda antes da dissolução oficial e inclui uma participação especial do baixista Jack Conrad, que trouxe um toque soul inesperado às gravações.
