Men Without Hats Desembarca com 'On The Moon' em 2025!

Men Without Hats, acabam de lançar On The Moon, com o brilho futurista do synthpop moderno. Lançado em 14 de novembro via Shocore Music, o disco é uma viagem eletrizante, misturando batidas dançantes e melodias cativantes que nos fazem reviver a era de "The Safety Dance" enquanto olhamos para o futuro.

O estilo é puro new wave com toques de synthwave contemporâneo: camadas de teclados hipnóticos, guitarras afiadas e vocais irônicos de Ivan Doroschuk, o cérebro por trás da banda desde 1977. "I Love The '80s", um hino divertido que já soma milhões de views no YouTube e celebra o revival oitentista; "In Glorious Days", um híbrido clássico-moderno descrito por Ivan como "uma explosão de alegria com profundidade emocional"; e o cover surpreendente de "Jealous Guy", de John Lennon.

A line-up atual é fogo puro: Ivan nos vocais, sua sobrinha Sahara Sloan (filha de Colin Doroschuk) nos teclados e backing vocals – um toque familiar que fecha o ciclo da família Doroschuk –, Sho Murray na guitarra e o veterano Adrian White na bateria. Produzido pelo premiado Brian Howes (Simple Plan), mixado por Mark Needham e masterizado por Howie Weinberg, o som é coeso e impecável.
